Hello! Let me introduce myself, I'm PaltaMayo, a professional Illustrator. I hope I can help you with your project. But before that, please read my ToS.- Communication is made via private message to my facebook, instagram, deviantart, FA, twitter page, or discord. You can also send a message to my email [email protected] with any request or doubt.
- The process will be sent the way you have chosen to communicate, but the final result will always be sent by email.
- My turnaround time is a maximum of 2 weeks.
- Any extra correction will be an extra charge to the final cost of your work.
- The standard size is 1500x1500 px with a 300dpi as a PNG file. I can work with PNG, JPG or PDF. Remember when requesting your work indicate if you want it for printing or digital use. Tabloid size has an extra price. The sizes used are A5, letter and A4. Digital works have a resolution of 150dpi and printed 300dpi. The size can be modified according to the type of commission.
- Always have references of the character or theme that you want me to work on. Minimum one image.
- In turn, be clear in your request and try not to change the order when the work is still 80% done.
- My jobs tend to take up to two weeks, with special cases being those that can last up to a month. The client must always make it clear if the work is necessary for a certain specific date. If the work is for a period of less than 4 days, extra charges will be made at the final price.
- The payment method is via Paypal (USD or other currencies), Cta. Rut ( CLP - Chile), Mach (Chile) and Cash (Chile). Payment is upfront.
- Works to be reproduced for sale have another conversational value.
- My artwork CANNOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in this space.Terms of Service.

- All drawings can or will include a subtle signature that you cannot remove.
- I could record the drawing process and post it on my youtube or pages.
Prices can increase depending on the details or specifications you want.
- I have the right to refuse any order for which I’m not comfortable drawing.

- If you cancel the work and it already has the sketch done or a large part painted, I will keep 20% to 50% depending on the stage in which the work was advanced.
